Basically I told them when I registered, and the time and date of my first spend.

I asked them to check and confirm when the cashback pool was exhausted, because if it was after my first spend date, then how come I didn't get cashback.

Checked mine again and definitely didn't get. Sigh. I don't mind losing out RM50 one week, but am very worried about future weeks. As it's nearing year end, I purposely timed and used up all my medical, benefits and car allowances etc (washed my car for RM400 last week) to hit the RM1000 spend. Hope CS will reply my email early next week. Thankfully I'm currently on holiday so will give next week a miss until they sort it out.

Yepp. Kept the screenshot of registration message, and this is the same cc number and same phone number I use for every single PBB promo. Been doing it for years, and this is first time I encountered a problem.

Yes - I feel so much better knowing someone else (who is CB savvy) is in the same boat with me! Otherwise I would feel like I made some stupid mistake. Thankfully PBB CS is usually quite responsive and helpful, so we should have a resolution soon.

Totally totally agree. PBB promotions are the best. Very frequent, easy to hit, and sufficient cash back pool.

No swipe condition. Only limitation is 3 free entries per year.

Only got RM25 for Week 2. Can't figure out when cash pool ran out because I did my last swipe to hit RM1000 on Friday 14, which is very late in the week.

Yeh, that's the reassuring thing. Im now very curious what could possibly have gone wrong. My first swipe was RM700 on shoes at Isetan, which is a very "safe" transaction for promo cashback.

Yes, that is really crazy.

I have another Isetan swipe in Week 2, which was done midweek. If Isetan was the problem, then it may also explain why I only got RM25 instead of 50 (because I spent RM1000 on the dot).

But this is all speculation until they revert to me. Very impatient!

So this is apparently when Week 1 was fully redeemed. Is this consistent with everyone else who got or didn't get cashback? They told me I missed out by an hour. Hmmm.

Referring to the below, we have checked with the relevant department and confirmed that the RM 50,000 Cash Back for Week 1 (03 October 2016 - 09 October 2016) was fully redeemed on 6/10/2016, Time : 001142.

AKKKKKKK. My mistake. Was 6 October lunch time, 1.53pm. No wonder it was too late. I checked my receipt and it matches transaction date of 6 Oct on my PBB statement. So sorry for wrong information. Embarrassed!!

Makes more sense if cashback pool runs out early in the week. My CB for Week 2 was only RM25 because I only hit RM1000 late during the weekend... So no chance at all.

To play it safe, will be a Monday / Tuesday swiper from now on. Then no more surprises .

Yeh, PBB is fantastic. They really bother to answer my questions. I was so embarrassed at the end, because I kept thinking that 6 Oct was a Wednesday for some reason. So silly of me. Luckily I also kept the receipt for my shoes so could check back date and time.

Just checking with you - you applied for both supps under the Lock and Lock? If so, I think only one will get the gift according to TNC. I have 5 supps and applied for them under different promos so could get one gift per promo.

Also, utilities not counted in eligible spend for Lock and Lock.
