hey guys, any update on the tenure status? the salesperson very confirm saying that it has been converted into freehold, but then its just words, and nothing can substantiate their words..i'm abit pull back in signing the snp by this..

same here but doesnt really matter to me....if converted will be extra credit...if not still fine..

the fact that thier 1st phase Ashton fully sold out without the actual conversion guarantee is already a testament EH is a good buy...

if really want to confirm on freehold you can checkout Villuxe.

Last year Aug already pressuring buyer with early bird selection with pre-loan evaluation which is actually a full loan application when there is no full/detail information on the project.

hopefully u got to sign the s&p by this year.

if leasehold / freehold is really concern for you then get the Viluxe (freehold) by Aspen.

Possible for the develop to issue some kind of proof on the change of tenure status?

Exactly! Anyway, I heard from agent such that co-home should be almost ready, already approved for HOC as well. But Garden home still waiting

UPDATE: EW announced Eco Horizon is freehold status!

How is the sales for Brydon (semi-D bungalow) and Camdon (townhouse / terrace) series? Since now officially freehold it should be selling faster?

Tempted to get a unit there but my CEO not approved, die die wanna be island-folk LOLOLOL... Can't get any better / new landed on island which around 1 mil budget. No nice township also.

Co-home will have issue if your upstairs / downstairs is not someone that easy going.

Imagine if you are gnd floor unit, first floor leak and he dont give a damn to your complaint. Exactly same as high rise leaking issue.
Imagine if you are first floor unit. Your roof leak and toilet leak to gnd floor, double-shit happen. Have to fork out money repair both.

Better up the budget and get terrace at least.
