During Feb, sales staff persuade me to place cheque so that I can be priority to select unit and they keep promote said that "dont worry, you can withdraw anytime b4 snp and no any single cent will be charges". Now they want me to sign loan first and sign snp at year end, if i withdraw my purchase i will be charges, like soulred777 mentioned if at the end any hiccups in snp then i need to waste the money. If EW postpone to launch date then my loan wil keep stick with them which i feel not so comfort. May be I wait they really launch and have a show unit first only decide, because 24x56 land size, I dunno how space look like...
