Heard EW is applying freehold title for Eco Horizon project. Anyone has update on it? I’m getting the Camdon Garden home.

Anyone know when Camdon will start to sign SPA? It has been delayed when EW was applying for freehold.

Exactly! Anyway, I heard from agent such that co-home should be almost ready, already approved for HOC as well. But Garden home still waiting

UPDATE: EW announced Eco Horizon is freehold status!

Garden home starting from >750k. I think type A & B (24x56) mostly sold out, type C & D (20x60) last time SA told me still quite a lot

I think co-home suitable for investor to rent out or those considering Aspen & Paramount condo

I no longer take their words seriously now. EW has been keep delaying Camdon garden home purchaser, which has chosen the unit since Aug 2020, said sign around Apr 21, -> May -> Aug -> Dec, now Jan 22. Previously said will try fight within HOC but now no hope for HOC already, if not because my loan already approved (since Aug 2020), I seriously considering Aspen Villuxe as it has much more rebate + HOC.

Yes, but because of this, we are locked for more than a year and cannot look for better choice out there without any penalty. I just don’t like they keep delaying the project.

That’s the problem, as once we sign the SPA, they need to complete within 3 years. So they keep delay, say KPKT slow la, bla bla bla.

Correct. Although both Co-home & Garden home open up for registration & choose unit at the same time. But they officially launched the Co-Home first last year, and entitled HOC rebates (EW only free legal fee & stamp duty for loan & SPA, but not MOT. HOC free MOT).

Just received EW invitation for garden home SPA signing event next weekend. As HOC no longer extends to 2022, we have to pay for MOT when VP.
