stringfellowBro, need a favor later after you get your Titan XPs. I did my bench on pCars and the effect like thunderstorm and ultra grass severely bottlenecked by my i7-4930K CPU. Getting average 60+ fps only regardless 1080P, 1440P or even 4K. Only after turning racing with clear weather only the fps shoots above 100 fps in 4K with GTX 1080 SLI. So want to know if your VR experience past 90 fps or not when those thunderstorm weather since you have i7-5930K.

same findings on the card's temp here. the default auto speed adjust is just too optimistic. need to manually adjust the fan curve to keep the temp in comfortable zone

you can use the overclocking/monitoring utilities from the respective manufacturers to do it.
for zotac, it is called Firestorm. You can use the one from MSI as well, Afterburner

it's normal for the zotac 1060, just try adjusting the fan speed to higher

that model stands at the same pedestal as Super Jetstream and MSI Gaming X, so yeah it's more than enough
