No Titan X Pascal for me. Credit card fail to authenticate at checkout. Either they changed the credit card charging agent or they beefed up the address lookup against cards outside of the US.

Not gonna hassle American friends for this, amount is too much to ask for (two TXPs and 4 slot HB bridge goes up to USD2500++).

Looks like I will be slaughtered by the local vendors then. Haih......

Wow, interesting result in pcworld initial bench Titan XP SLI vs GTX 1080 SLI. I did not see that coming at all. I suspect just like my pCars bench test, looks like pcworld 4K bench hit CPU bottleneck (both Titan and 1080 SLI results almost the same) because games can't use more than 4 or 6 cores. Guess that article i saw a few weeks back saying that even i7-6590X is not even fast enough to feed the new Titan XP is true afterall. At least true until games can use more than 6-core. Talk about CPU bottleneck

It needed 5K resolution to move the bench from CPU bound to GPU bound to show Titan XP SLI true power over GTX 1080 SLI

laugh.gif 20% increment over the 1080 by Titan XP. Lower than my prediction of 25%. Maybe it will overclock better, but thermals are bit on high side. This looks to be a throttle fest.

skylineloverNormally buy monitor end up having to upgrade GPU. This one terbalik, by GPU then have to buy monitor. Err Dell UP2715K 5K monitor listed price is USD 1999.99. Like what that PCWorld conclusion of the initial review

"The power of dual Titan X’s may prove more worthy for someone who uses it for compute tasks as well as gaming, but that’s beyond the scope of today’s test. Still, it’s clear that for the average Joe or Jane who doesn’t game on a $2,000 5K monitor, a setup like this is hard to justify.

But again, that’s probably missing the point of it all. Most people don’t “get” the point of a $189,000 car or a tin of caviar that costs more than a dinner for four, and well, most people probably won’t “get” the point of a pair of powerful new Titan X cards either—unless they’re data scientists. When it comes to gaming, a glorious pair of SLI’d new-look Titan X cards are made for high rollers with bleeding-edge displays alone."

Most people still on 1080P monitor cool2.gif Price/cost increase once you go beyond average Joe. When I'm at 1080P monitor, 970 are powerful enough to drive most game. Once upgrade, 1070 also macam kancil rolleyes.gif

Further, the Samsung Note 7 which you keep talking about has been announced and will be available around 19 August 2016.

I am planning to get this as well. Luckily, my bonus is already in.
