Looks fine to me. I get 115 on maxed out settings at Full HD.

Would like to know, is your processor overclocked?

No reason to unless you see some advantage on DDR4.

Go for it. Just remember buy ori games. Steam sales now. Dont be like the douche I read in FB group that have the RM3K to buy one but cant afford games and downloading cracks instead. Can afford car, cant afford petrol.

Me too.  SLI zero slot gap no issue. I guess im like you prefer exhaust style.  Hope Asus can do similar design for the newer gen card,  in white again

As a matter of fact, they do but unlike the 970 Turbo whereby they factory OC it, it's just a reference board with reference specs, wearing their own blower style shroud.

EDIT : The ASUS custom reference 1080. 1070 also available

Already bought all the necessary games for it. Building peice by piece. Latest piece arrive was the Win10 oem key yesterday. Have all the watercooling parts ready, XB271hu gsync monitor, but the the core stuff like the motherboard cpu and gpu still not yet. Still want to see what kaby lake has to offer. But then.. the waiting game. And also the SM961 already release, and wanted to see how Samsung 960 pro ssd performed. NVME ssd is also on the core list of the part.

Hopefully i can carry over the universal gpu block to 1080. According to EK website, should be ok.

May I know yours is the normal Jetstream or Super Jetstream?

I am getting 95.1 FPS, 2395 score, since mine is factory overclocked. So I guess your scores are fine.

looking at the recent development of rx480 power draw mess, 1070 could be my better pick.

do you have source about gigabyte <rm2k price?

Tempted by <RM2k GTX 1070. But then again, I game at 1080p only and currently on a GTX 970 which is quite sufficient. Would make more sense to upgrade my display to at least 1440p.

Tempted, but in no hurry... as the wiseman says, "Poison is stronk."
