KPM turut mengatakan yang mana susulan berakhirnya perkhidmatan 1BestariNet Fasa 2, mereka telah memutuskan untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan Google Classroom menggantikan Frog VLE.

Bermula 1/7/19, sekolah & PKG seluruh negara akan menerima perkhidmatan internet drpd Telekom Malaysia, Celcom dan Maxis. Manakala platform Frog VLE akan digantikan dgn Google Classroom.

What will happen to the towers?

Not sure. Most probably continue to pay the rental and it is business as usual.
But it really looks ugly to have a cell tower erected within a school compound.

tower rental too low. minister want each tower RM1.2k/month, ytl paid RM1.2k/year. it depend how ytl deal with new boss

YES customer care is a joke. Tried to port over 4 times already, every time failed due to incorrect IC number. First rep at the YES store incorrectly keyed in a wrong digit when registering to port over. Subsequently called customer care and they mentioned they will rectify and resubmit. Every time it failed and a different rep answered with the same excuse. Previous person didnt input correctly. After the 4th time rejected yesterday they mentioned they had to fix 2 profiles to port over and it has been rectified. Let’s see what happens today. Told them I want a refund if still can’t port over. Asked to speak to manager also they won’t allow. If today don’t happen I’ll port to another telco.

I just bought a sim pack to test YES at my area. Although the signal is perfect (full bars), I get continuous upload packet loss of approx 15-25% as observed in PUBG. Is this normal? Ping to google.com is approx 50ms, ping to fast.com is approx 80ms. My celcom line is perfect though (zero packet loss).

It looks like they have some ways... look at the mysterious band 20! I didn’t know this band existed in Malaysia until I saw the spotting by some forumers here.

i bought a sim prepaid pack. i download the MyYes4G app. how do i login? I click "forgot password", hoping to receive sms for temporary password, but I've waited for 1 day, still no sms.

i've chat with yes via fb. the staff ask me to email them my IC for verification and create online account. i've emailed them since last night but there's no news.

how do i monitor my data quota usage if i can't even login my account?

Just like supplying water to singapore.
Assuming the towers stands for the next term, ytl must come with a better solution. Either offering better package to users or sell this business to other operator.
Konfem package is very nice actually.

i sell it in my shop (together with new sim) like a hot cake everyday.
