YES customer care is a joke. Tried to port over 4 times already, every time failed due to incorrect IC number. First rep at the YES store incorrectly keyed in a wrong digit when registering to port over. Subsequently called customer care and they mentioned they will rectify and resubmit. Every time it failed and a different rep answered with the same excuse. Previous person didnt input correctly. After the 4th time rejected yesterday they mentioned they had to fix 2 profiles to port over and it has been rectified. Let’s see what happens today. Told them I want a refund if still can’t port over. Asked to speak to manager also they won’t allow. If today don’t happen I’ll port to another telco.

Well the funny thing is YES Customer service insist that only data is supported for IOS devices even today when I called

Either they are not trained or YES is not intended to support Voice for Iphones
