Apparently now, Yes 4G no longer offer Wimax services to new subscribers. Their broadband page is actually referring to their LTE service, but offer as wireless home broadband service.

Well, obviously Yes 4G is phasing out its Wimax services by phases.

yeah yes just update their page with new plan and remove 4G broadband without LTE
last year page got double double promo 4G broadband + 4G LTE quota.
coverage map still have 4G broadband wimax

I need help. My partner has a YES data sim card and using it in Sarawak. However the sim card went bad and now cannot connect to YES line. However she is unable to replace the sim card since there is no YES agent. Is it possible to replace the sim card via postage?

1. which phone is she wants to use it?
2. give me the number i check if the sim has expired.
3. noob question: that means she has using the sim in sarawak with zero error b4 am i right?

great info:
1. not all phone support yes.
2. those area which close to gov school have coverage.
3. make sure the sim put in sim 1 and enable the 4g for it as well as mobile data must on.
4. the sim only has 50 days grace period b4 it became rubbish.

Very good for average user if you're using internet not exceeding 20GB per month. No capped speed. Free RM5 it is preloaded balance when you bought the sim @ RM10.

hi guys. for few days already my sony phone cannot connect yes 4g. i even reset my phone. last time I just toggle the airplane mode or set volte provisioned and it will work. now doesnt anymore. is there any APN setting that needs to be set?
