Should be fine.

Note that Yes prepaid is like most other prepaids—not stackable. The very latest topup determines your validity; it doesn't add on to existing validity.

FAQ says RM0.09 a minute for Yes-to-others calls. I'm not sure how up-to-date this information is.

I'm a beneficiary of being near a Yes 4G cell tower at a school field. Very strong signal despite the tower being blocked to line-of-sight of my house by a block of flats and a flyover.

It also helps that there are very few Y4G subscribers in Penang so it's like driving on an expressway during MCO.

Data can always use. Some users say latest iOS support Yes 4G VoLTE as well.

Just look for "force 4G" or "switch 4G" in the Play Store.

But note,
— Huawei phones cannot force 4G.
— Samsung phones have their own way of doing it.

Currently I'm using the 20GB for RM30 prepaid package.

I notice that that the new plans include 20GB for RM20 so it will be 33% cheaper for me in future.

I just hope that for this package they maintain up to 100% tethering data allowable as I use it permanently on my router. (No mention of tethering quota except for the unlimited plan, so I assume 20GB for RM20 has no tethering restrictions.)

Otherwise I will have to look elsewhere in 2021.

Yes 4G did not take part in the Productivity 1GB scheme.

Instead they have a "Learn from Home" programme for deserving Government school pupils.
