Last Monday I received call from TM to upgrade my current VIP 10 to Advance 30 with additional RM 10 to my current RM169 package.

Below are the content:
10M download/upload -> 30M download/ 10M upload
Phone call ->charge per usage
Ruby Pack hypptv
Contract 2 year free
Current Equipment given 1 year warranty

I'm also paying for RM 179 but mine was the early batch with Aneka package. Not that it matters because I don't watch their HyppTV. laugh.gif

tm come to my house and change to innacom rgx4400 router because my previous router got faulty port. then i ask why dont change to dlink 850L, he said that model got issue with wireless coverage etc and said this rgx4400 much better.

not sure can believe or not. hmm.gif

yeah they change it for free, 2nd time lodging report, 1st time they just came and do some shit, same thing happen, slow wifi, have to reboot to get the normal speed, so i lodge second report and told them to change the router.

so far after 36 hours using the new DIR-850L , I can see some improvements in my WiFi speed. so far no complaint. If got problem, report. Easy. hahaha.

Nope, didn't receive call from them previously. Just that yesterday went to my dad house, and found out that he is paying RM149 for VIP10. Then I called their CS and complain to them. They ask me to walk into TM Point and try my luck.

So I went immediately, and manage to get it over the counter. Best part is the upgrade took less than 5hrs to complete...

Seems like need to force them. I request on call they say will send my account to wat wat department to review for upgrade. Need to be harsh i guess.

They have the rights to reject you, so no point being harsh to them. It will make it worse. Remember it doesn't come as default and only for chosen customers.

Actually they can approve it immeditely by asking thier manager. I think the reason why they say need to wait for what department maybe is because the staff doesnt like the way you talk. Dont be harsh next time.

For me, it happens during afternoon and that few hours prime night session. After 11pm it seems to be ok.

Well, I think it depends on the person whether wanna help or not. My 1st try was on phone with CS, they also tell me only selected customer get this offer. I then ask them, how does one qualify as a selected customer. Prompt payment, have been long enough with TM and bla bla bla. My VIP contract was ended on 2014, and all the while the payment is by CC. So I counter them back, and end up they ask me to try at TM Point~

Indeed, the lady at the counter just turn her back & ask someone else(I presume is higher level people), immediately I got the offer. And the upgrade was done in less than 5hrs time.
