Last Monday I received call from TM to upgrade my current VIP 10 to Advance 30 with additional RM 10 to my current RM169 package.
Below are the content: 10M download/upload -> 30M download/ 10M upload Phone call ->charge per usage Ruby Pack hypptv Contract 2 year free Current Equipment given 1 year warranty |

my speed was upgraded to 30Mbps last night and I'm not having any problem loading Youtube or Facebook. I'm currently setting google DNS in my router as well as my laptop, and not experience any slow.
