yeah we should look back at the purpose of the foods processing/making, if it really means to "mabuk" thn it definitely falls onto haram thingy.....

so Meat cooks with Wine, Tapai and Air Nira wont fall into this category
*
purpose?

so it is tasty la........lel.

if want to mabuk just drink pure synthetic ethanol la.

cheaper

Jangan spread this kinda logic pls....drink shandy or eating food with alcohol(cooking wine has less alcohol content than air nira) wont be intoxicating too but I don't think you will stand up for it.....moderate drinking also good(even Qur'an mentioned about it) but some ppl choose to abuse it....

Well, malaysia practice syafie school of thought. Its the strictess among others. It rejects everything close to haroomm.
Being in different islamic country might say otherwise. Example, escargot is halal in some islamic country, but still haram here.

Fiqh is different. No problem there. Can practice whichever mazhab. Thats why the saying never argue on khilaf (difference on views) as it can be followed as long is justified by the authorised ulama.

Why you keep refuse to answer my question?
Will you eat food with cooking wine which usual has got lower level of alcohol content compared to this?
*
If you'd ask me as long as it's not intoxicating i'll consume it, heck it's even tastier than using normal cuka or whatever lol

Actually what harom is not alcohol. Harom is whatever intoxicating. Drinks that make you drunk is harommm.

If ketum drink till gets high also haromm. Dadah also haromm.

Then again, ketum in good use give medicinal benefits, so does prescribed drug usage.

By your statements, it means that muslims can proceed to drink Anglia Shandy now, since shandy only contains 1% alcohol. Drinking 2-3 cans of 1% surely would not be drunk.

So what say you?

Ulama mention only for alcohol naturally exist in food/drinks. Not going through some process. Still, im not the authorised person to decide halal/haram justification. Normally follow what has been decided la. Since it contains alcohol thru process, stil haram for me.

Go to hnnnggghhhhhh section also harom. But i still go anyway. Owaii

Ulama just tells people what is ok and what is not.

To do or not to do is up to the people themselves.

Unless its a mentioned ban in quran like zina, homosexual, theft, etc then is punishable. Other than that is depend on other law.

Like the issue of summons for woman wearing tight, i'd say its overkill. But as to why they decide to implement it? Maybe they thought its an alternative to reduce the rape statistics. Well, at least its a prevention. Maybe backwards, but thats they way they think of.

But does it say in Islam to punish those dress unmodestly, no.

Is it hudud? Then again, no.
