chances of getting request from airport or genting is very slim. you can always switch on the rider apps to see the number of cars waiting there.

Base on Table for this week:

Calculate only 1 trip per block, driving at HP and above only:
Monday: 5AM-10AM. 4PM-9PM. (10 hours per day)
Tuesday to Thursday: 6AM-10AM. 4PM-9PM. (9 hours per day)
Friday: 6AM-10AM. 11AM-9PM. (13 hours per day)
Saturday: 11AM-9PM. (10 hours per day)
Sunday: 11AM-2PM. 4PM-9PM. (8 hours per day)

For weekday: Total earning = RM1635. Minus 20% is = RM1308. (Saturday, Sunday rest day.)
if add Saturday = +RM280. Minus 20% is = RM224.
if add Sunday = +RM220. Minus 20% is = RM176.

If work 7 days a week, RM1308 + RM224 + RM176 = RM1708.

p/s: In reality, the amount is surely more than what's being calculated above. Because most of the time, you will get more than 1 trip per block. so I guess full timer will hit RM2k per week.

Formula for that particular block hour:
Online time (in minutes) X (Guarantee fare - Collected fare) X 1.6667% = RMXXXX. Your incentive for that block hour.

nope. only got weekly statement from Grab. but the statement is very general. not detail breakdown of every trip.

I emailed before complaining about a rider. I wrote in full details everything. but the robot response ask me to call CS. really waste my time only.

And in my opinion, all drivers need to start calling CS fighting for our right. How can rider is always having the upper hand now? Here is same example of rider wrong doing:

- Note put 5 people. You as driver want to accept or not such ping request?
- Note put no proton no perodua. You driving saga want to accept or not such ping request?
- Multiple stops. Ma pren species always like to do that.
- Divert to other place like bank. Must stop and wait for rider to settle stuff. Same ma pren species favourite request.
- Two way round trip. but trip back rider don't want / refuse to request using Grab (because will not get back the same driver).
- Freaking long waiting time for rider to appear and get into the car. Rider take sweet time like a boss. Hey we are not their personal driver. Time is money.
- Rider simply drop pick up location. Inaccurate.
- Rider cheated the fare. Set destination nearer than actual drop off location.


I suggest everytime we face such riders, we call CS and complain. We must let Grab wake up and see the importance of drivers able to get a say on rider as well.

alpha is like Grab recruit agent. easy access no need submit docs by hand to the center. everything done online just like Uber. and even driver using ios can be registered under alpha.

IOS user got another trick if want to register but don't want to do it under alpha.
You need to register using an android phone first. just borrow from anyone. after activation, call CS and tell you change phone and provide the new imei. no need let them know IOS.

89.99% will not get incentive. what shown is already rounded up to 1 decimal point. to be save you must target 90.1% so that you are very sure confirm it's above 90%.
