hey... ya i went chin woo recently be4... i saw there are coach teaching them... i ask the counter over there and it say got coach but have to pay rm70 per 4 session which the price is quite reasonable... but i dun have swiimming kaki acc me go... hope i could learn butterfly...

Kepong doesn't have public swimming pool. DBKL doesn't want to build. They go to build one Metropolitan park, so swimming pool you can forget it.
I go to PJ to swim...
I also wish Kepong will have one, but won't happen..... too bad...

hey josh, this season im doing every session at wednesday 6-8pm.
So whenever you are able to, just come PADE

btw just come back from pade, i foundout wed more lui than usual =D

Wear a cap when swimming. Bring face cleanser and use it right after the swim. Make sure you dont let chlorine marinated on your face for long period. As for skin, just make sure you do real clean up like total cleaning before you go to bed

Its ok if you cant make it. The shampoo, i use what i find best for me just what i use at home. I only use one hair shampoo to control my dandruff. So far had not use any specific lotion or shampoo purposely for swimming yet.
