oo... tat is great to have such thread... anyway... i always go chin woo swim... trying to learn butterly and competitve training... cuz having competition after 4month is it possible to catch up? now holiday so i can train everyday... any suggestion for training?

hi all, erm here are some question i wish to ask... pls kindly advise ya... thx...
1st, wat is IM, kick, free 2rd, wat is kick set, pull set? if can, pls briefly demo or explain about it thank... anyway, i am having a competition in 4 more month... any appropriate training method can be suggested so that i am fit enough to do so? recently swimming 25lap of breastoke and 25 lap of freestyle everyday... |
