hi all,
Just found out this thread. Am a begineer here, just started to learn about swimming. May i ask if swimming able to reduce my spare tyre ? lol Myself is a thin person but stomach bigger than my friend  Not a kaki beer thoughCurrently looking for goggle as well, anyone know where do i find Tyr Tracer Ti? or any Tyr with Metallized ? hey guys, if possible. Anyone can come to join me, every tuesday 6pm @ PADE. Section 13 Shah Alam

Indoor Outdoor, the damn deep pool also train haha. Year range 10-25 i suppose? Mixed races ! 1Malaysia style |

Well, the outdoor one is!
Indoor alot better, you may come and judge for yourself. Probably i do not swim alot other places so i dont know where is the cleanest. Or any suggestion around Section 13 do suggest me. I'll go by cab, that why i dont travel much for swimming. |

Pusat Akuatik Darul Ehsan, here at Shah Alam.
Like i said, alot practise team! Indoor or outdoor! But outdoor dirty and too shallow. Haha sometime i will know one girl there, because she goes with me LOL. Yes tuesday, even its my exam week. Trying my best to go there heehee |

the possibility is at 90% i will be at there tomorrow. Come and identify me, indoor pool, Red Tyr Latex cap =D But do kacau me, cuz usualy when i started swim i dont stop. |

Not butterfly
thats the hardest. I favourited cuz its easiest for me.For butterfly im still learning, only knows abit of dolphin kick(lower body). But butterfly cant do long run much unlike other stroke. |
