actually free style can learn from youtube, just the butterfly stroke the problem.

i watch youtube a lot. however still cannot catch it while swim at the pool.

Called up a swimming club.At last I got someone who can answer my queries well,not someone who doesn't know a shit...

The guy said that even for adults over 18,there are Masters swimming.I'm sure you guys know about this?And there are also competitions for Masters.Masters is very active in countries like America,but Malaysia not very active yet...

So at least it's not too late to start learning and go to competitive level next time

I tried the TI style, it's relaxing but then.. something still seems not right for me.. my breathing not that smooth, I can only breath better from the right side but not left.. don't know how to turn my head up so I can take a deep breath, my breath intake is always quick and rushed.. Thus upon finishing 25m I already started to lost my breath

Yea,should be.They are the most organized club I've come across,with their own complete website that looks neat,informative customer service(I called them and asked questions about their rates etc.,they gave very detailed reply).Their two founders are the current Selangor coaches some more
