Yes, a lot of missing cash back. Don't know why ended up only RM 10 cash back.
cacheblue, suggest you to call CS and just ask for your Agoda transaction. That one is entitled for cash back. Agoda has nothing like pay later thingy right?

Hey all, weren't the cashbacks in his Aug and Sep statements "Cashback" but not "Campaign Cash Credit"? Isn't that the 0.3% but not 5.0%?

Ya la, that's why mamamia said August cash back is not posted into statement yet. These are screenshots from statement not unbilled transaction. If unbilled transaction it will show "campaign cash credit" but in statement it will show "VOX 5% REBATE FOR ONLINE TRX (XX 2016)".

But the description d clearly stated is 5% VOX cashback wor..

But the Agoda shows" Internet", so should be eligible. I know booking.com will not charge straight. Agoda I'm not sure, so far my transactions with Agoda all pay first and stay later.

Agoda also have pay later function. It is where agoda / hotel will charge u when ur check in date is approaching.

OK, even if I took out Agoda transactions, still cannot tally back RM 10 which equals to only RM 200 worth transactions.

I had Agoda (pay now) transactions that received cashback before, so hopefully this will remain the same...

Yes, I also received cash back for Agoda. Looks like this is really a rare occasion which UOB made so many mistakes but again I doubt so...
