Aiyo, just be patient la. These kind of transactions, just wanna avoid so much of spotlight, later really being removed. VOX's cash back is done by batches.

the cs said all vox card will change to yolo card batch by batch but we can still apply the card.
she said i can apply now but need 2~4 weeks to reach...
and she mention that the vox card will be deactive once the yolo card is activate.

Well, CS also said the same thing to me but my VOX is not yet deactivated despite YOLO already activated.

Seems like different cs different explanation...

They told me no conversion or auto conversion.. Just new application.

Mine was sent to my office as per my request.

if apply by calling cs, they ask you whether post via poslaju..or normal post...

and can give them the address you want them to deliver

they didnt ask me about this... two CS called me on different day for YOLO application... ask me to listen TnC and agree from each of them...

Both are different, depending on your usage. Yolo is more on online and dining while One is petrol, groceries, telco etc.

Did you call to activate? I plan to activate after VOX cash back, but was told my VOX deactivated already, not sure can still get cash back. What about yours?
Was told that those who converted, will have the VOX deactivated once you accept conversion. Thought suppose to be deactivated after 1st Oct though

CS cant be trusted. They told me to apply online(uob web)... cannot apply thru phone call since that day i called them up to ask about my other caaard

from diff dept i think, previously i email them the CS reply me in email also ask me apply online.... some how they call me after few days... i dont even go apply online...

Sorry, first time use the card, didn't know the rebate credit by batches.
Then suddenly heard all the benefits removed, plan to cancel soon.

cashback will only be credited at the end of following month, ?right
that means for August swipes, the 5% CB or RM50 will only show on 29 or 30. Sep right?
My RM1000 online swipes in August also not seen the 5% CB/RM50 yet.

Yes, activated and my VOX is not deactivated. Called CS and mine is an additional card, not conversion claimed by the CS helped on my application. I still can see two cards active in my UOB Online Banking.

Just scared it may affect YOLO later.

I already got though. Yeah, according to T&C is by end of following month.
