what is the common CL for uob one card? and what is the max CL u all get?

I applied online and the sales ppl call me n said I must collect from branch.. I said y can't u send to my house, she said new requirement if I apply online must collect at branch.. I said my friend also receive via poslaju, n she said only for new cardholder.. I told her my friend is existing cardholder lo.. She keep saying cannot.. Then I said nvm, I don want the card.. Such a stupid process..

me they ask want send using poslaju or normal post...without me asking....

They quote the same to me, too. Say effective 2016, all new applicants have to pick up card from branch if applied online. I also said forget it.

At least they are consistent in this part.

Received yolo card last sat.
Called to add card on 13th and called back on 20th to check the status, said already posted out on 19th, actually quite efficiency.

i have question on their Qualifying Spend requirement,
lets say my total spending of that month is $800, but only $400 is from "Online Spend", so do i still entitled to 6% cash rebate? thanks

Not that high for me but more than enough, only RM 15k. Around 2x of my basic salary.

This is strange I did get all my UOB cards via postage and the latest YOLO also via Poslaju.

I was in exactly the same position - they forced me to go to branch to collect (nearest was Damansara Uptown for me).

This was when I got my Lady Solitaire in 2015, and then when I got a new Vox in 2016. I was so irritated because they don't have many branches, and parking is a nightmare.

The only reason why I didn't cancel is because the cashback was quite lucrative (Lady's for 10% TNG reload at Jaya, and Vox for 5% online).

I think also maybe I made a lot of complaints against them and I'm probably marked as "customer from hell" in their book. So they just closed one eye and sent me everything to my preferred address. Even my PIN & Pay card which I was told should be sent via normal postage, I got via Poslaju.

I ended up submitting my contact details for the "switch" to Vox from YOLO (even though I initially wanted to cancel). However, its been 2 weeks and no one bothered contacting me. I think I am really fated to end my relationship with UOB. Anyway, I've got too many to manage right now and will wait for others to update here on how YOLO is working out for them.

Nobody contacted me too when I submitted my contact via online, so I called CS and immediately got it. I'm also ready to try YOLO next month for some of my usual expenses but too bad I will only know the destiny in November.

Sometimes the 0.3% is aggregated 2 months in one shot, so just look at your previous 1-2 months and calculate from there.

On related note. Haven't received my 5% CB for Aug yet. Any of my fellow "last batch" kakis in same boat? I know 1 or 2 of you are always with me.
