my last CB max out at RM50 with VOX

I called on September 9th and received the card on September 20th but receptionist only passed to me on 21st.
Considering I called on Friday's afternoon and the following Monday (12th) and Friday (16th) were public holiday, I received in less than 4 working days.

Next month no? For September cash back?

but i apply for YOLO... due to CIMB CR card application failed.... their website cannot submit docs and the email they send me i replied always bounce back to me... call them they ask me apply through clicks AGAIN... sigh...

How did you apply? Registered interest via online? I did the same thing too but nobody called me. So, I called CS to apply via phone. Done with no hassle.

I already maximized it with a flight ticket. So sad, I still have things to spend.
Probably will spend on YOLO but gotta ensure myself of spending at least RM 500 in these few days.

Called UOB CS on Friday asking for conversion VOX to UOB..

after confirming everything, ask her, when my VOX will deactivate?auto or how?and there the confusion start.its new application, not conversion..there is no conversion..

So, ask her to proceed with new application then...and she told me need someone from telemarketer to call me..

So today, they called me..and will deliver my cards within 5-14 working days...subjec t to approval..

Asked few question..regarding cashback vox..must keep the card until all cashback is paid..then can proceed with cancellation..they cant transfer cashback to yolo card..

and for 2nd year waiver, i didnt even ask, but he told me can easily waived by give them a call...and, i got that call recorded for future purpose..

Guys, does Mydin entitled CB for UOB One? I know that they didn't mention Mydin in their website but have anybody try it.

Already max up VOX CB for since this is last month by paying in advanced for TNB, Stremyx and PBA water bills...need to find new CB card for bills payment. Any suggestion other then CIMB CB.

Is this normal? Seems like I didn't get any rebate using PosOnline with VOX. Called the CS, the person said will file a report to check whether that transaction consider utilities payment.

I think not everyone receive the 5% cashback for Aug transaction. So far only 2 reported they received.. I also still waiting for the cashback.

Just wait, one of my CB was credited only on d 28th.
