Feel very angry, purposely on leave aim for Lego super hero free gift, went to Sunway carnival wait for the shop to open, queue number 4, 1 lady in front of me sapu all, went to Queensbay, queue up, finish when reach my turn , Gurney also finish all....This is very unfair for those who want to self collection! Those stupid ppl can grap few boxes and sell it in internat, those really want to collect get nothing!

Toy r us always said cannot reserved, why those ppl can straight walk to counter without carry any thing on hand, but those boxes already get ready under their counter !

I brought at gurney. I think they only have 2 cartons. All been sapu in 20 mins. After my turns still left 7 boxes and i think a lot of people at my back cant get it and i leave around 10:40pm and i saw the counter is empty (guess all been wipe out clean) Got one guy i think sapu around 5 boxes there

You should try in queensbay first. The promoter told me each week got 30 boxes. Every week i go seem to be like 3/4 people over there only.

I don’t think every branch got 30 boxes...or perhaps they already reserved for those stupid scalpers! The sunway carnival toysrus staff told me out of stock (during that time I’m still queu at#4 and waiting my turn to pay money....) during that time I was asking all the front ppl, how many set they want to get? Because I’m only looking for 1 set....after they told the staff the # that they plan to get, then the staff said out of stock when reach my turn, lady in front of me is the most greedy...she sapu all!

One thing very funny, some ppl in fb claimed that they are not scalper but collector, they think all ppl are stupid...if they are collector then why they want to ask the staff to separate the receipt to get so many boxes of free gift? And why they want to put on internet to sell those free gift with super high price? I saw some really steady buyer, they purchase a lot of set (40% discount) but they never request the staff to separate the receipt, this is real collector, 1 ppl only need 1 box!

The queensbay got one Lego promoter in toy r us. He is the one telling me each week got 30 sets there. I actually saw him previously and ask him the same question every time. He told me the same thing. Some crowded branch like gurney will get more allocation as I think my queue is around 15 but still got 7 sets left after me. People all in the front each of them get at least 2 sets. Some even 5 to 7 sets.

The 40 percent discount come in the wrong time. I think qb mall only allow one set per people. When getting Harry Potter set time the manager telling the staff that one people only can get one set. But sometimes you know the worker not nessassry to follow if the boss is not there

1 set per pax in qb? Definitely not the case on yesterday!

Actually I communicate with that LEGO guy on yesterday...he can’t help much...he said to be fair actually 1 ppl should only get 1 set ...
