that's becoz celcom is doing a MAJOR upgrading nationwide, which will involve big services downtime.

If it just normal planned maintenance works, most telcos will not broadcast it. smile.gif

yes they have to. mcmc direction. penalty for late delivery. i was working with celcom planning team previously.

yes 2G will be eventually phased out, but not too soon.

circuit-switched voice services is much more proven and reliable than it's 3g and the still new volte.
