I was with Celcom team when Apple approached us when they about to launch Iphone 6/6 Plus. Well, they have promised to their customers that iPhone 6/6 Plus gonna save battery life more afterall.
So technically, telcos need to adhere to their extra requirement, so many configurations need to be tweaked and fine tune, mainly the DRX (to 80ms if u are interested
Samsung seems to be OK with the default setting though.
