U-Mobile website already updated with the new plan. So how to upgrade from P70 to P98 without going to centre?

Hopefully they will revise again because they didn't see that coming (webe RM79 unlimited stuff), cos now there is no "Buy Now" button next to it.
I also notice that the Unlimited Video ONZ for P70 will be limited to 7GB after 31 July 2016...
But another 7 channels made available as well~
Let's see how it goes after 31 July 2016 as i might use my brother's streamyx account to subscribe webe RM199 - RM60 - RM60 if u mobile don't want to revise their plan in time to fight against TM domination~

'usually' umobile will keep extend their promotion, i think videoonz too.

if webe coverage is better then umobile, then yes it will be a challenging part for umobile .

Yes, only 1 can use data at a time and I have already selected the Umobile sim but only can get Edge.
Tried swapping the sim slots between the 2 simcards but still no joy.

And Umobile seem to have absolutely no customer service. Tried calling them so many times and there is no one picking up. mad.gif

When I use WiFi hot spot for VideoOnz to watch YouTube on my Window Surface pro, I notice it is still consuming my data allocation.
Does it only limit to Youtube Android or IOS app?

How about YouTube app (Android or iOS) from another Smart phone connected to the wifi hotspot? Have u tried this? If yes, does it consume the VideoOnz data or normal data allocation?

Their customer service need to improve. I had the same bad experience.

Take Note to Member Line Share 50 and Share 10

Is Video-Onz data shareable between Postpaid principal and Share 50 and Share 10 member lines?
P98 principal enjoys Unlimited Video-Onz. This Video-Onz is not shareable with its Share 50 member line

Effective 1st August 2016, Video-Onz data for all other eligible Postpaid plans are not shareable between principal and Share 50/ Share 10 member lines.
