When I use WiFi hot spot for VideoOnz to watch YouTube on my Window Surface pro, I notice it is still consuming my data allocation.
Does it only limit to Youtube Android or IOS app?

I tried watching youtube from my android tablet with the youtube app and it consume VideoOnz data
