ya last year i tried to play garena dota 2 with umobile but quite delay, only Yes 4g availble with super low ping
digi/ celcom also failed, maxis didn't try

Umobile should strengthen their network rather than offer too much data to users, even inside Sunway Velocity mall don't have network at the Ground Floor 😤

This had nothing to do with coverage. U Mobile is assigned with high frequency bands and if they want t penetrate into the building, they have to use indoor booster. Most mall had booster since this mall is new most mobile network will suffer because most of them and probably including U Mobile will experience poor indoor network experience.

Give me some suggestions regarding U Mobile's website and app so that I can make requests about it to U Mobile website & app department. Don't forget to elaborate and explain why it is important to apply that changes.

the menu on website is bloody confusing.

1. When u press prepaid, postpaid it gives a bloody long list to read on the menu. Should learn like celcom clean and neat .

1. The pin generated send to u is also annoying. Please allow us to set our own password. If forget password request us to recreate rather than random pin number




2. STOP showing us the amount due and payment due date. You can put a reminder but we dont need to SEE it everyday on every SINGLE TIME WE OPEN THE APP. WE DONT PAY EVERYDAY.

3. The advertisement also please dont show it everytime. You can pop up when we enter the app and allow us to silent it for a duration like 1 week and 2 weeks

4. The data stats are confusing
Kindly show how much data i have and how much remaining i have and not only balance. Do like Yes 4G

yeah it should be like yes clean and easy to understand

the ucard section should be integrated with rewards and promotion and delete the one which are in the menu, i always confuse with the promotion and ucard section.

the credit share value should write it in the bottom of my credit, i always find where is the sharecredit amount.

this is an excessive tab in the app, if i purchase the booster , they can show me in my plan tab.

why didnt it just ask me to change my password or force to set it at first time login?
