QUOTE(lsm1991 @ Jun 1 2016, 07:59 PM) Wow more popping up huh.... I think there are consumer laws against redicolous return policies like this.... (Ant expert can weigh in?) Consumer Protection Act only specifies that a manufacturer must provide guarantee of quality to its goods provided, and if the goods are not up to spec provided, a return or exchange must be provided. Else, in other cases, it's up to court decision

QUOTE(Ryan Trollface @ Jun 1 2016, 11:01 PM) We should actually listen to both sides of the story. First of all, I was at the scene, I can tell you that all what he said was fake. He did raise his voice althought i didnt hear coarse language, but there is no violence whatsover Think it over, for Max, as a person that his body is a size much larger than him, if he hit his(Poster) body, he will not be able to be typing here. lol...using dupe some more this is even more pathetic

This would not have escalated so much had max been down to earth and handled the issue maturely.... Its like he says only 40 bucks, a small amount to him.
Thing is the way he responded shows that he still thinks that he is right, no remorse...
Ktards who masuked are the dupe experts... No point trying to pull that off

interesting reading - this highlights a lot of issues with our customer service / business culture. 1) Caveat emptor - Let the buyer beware 2) Seller - macam lansi. Typical. once have ongoing business, don't care for the small-fry walk-in customer. Now possibly it will break his business. Don't know about the stuff he's selling, and admitting to it even. How to have the customer's confidence?
3) Registering many companies to evade registering GST, or maybe issuing normal invoice for GST-registered company. Jabatan Kastam, hope you're listening in....

That's should be under Bait Advertisement, where one is prohibits from advertising for supply that he cannot honor the price and spec. But Max do provide other option, so, it will be a hard fight

QUOTE(illuminarias @ Jun 1 2016, 11:46 PM) Max Low claims that he has a bunch of companies. - DB Spec Electronic - Max Corporation - LOW LED - Sunrise car accessories and parts and a lot more. funny thing is they all sell the same items, which begs the question why? Each of the company/business need to be registered with ROC/ROB and each should have their own registration number. But Max Low use the same registration number (DB Spec's) with all his other companies. So my question is, the other 3 companies really registered or not? If yes, what's their registration numbers?

Like that got case or not?
