1) Caveat emptor - Let the buyer beware
2) Seller - macam lansi. Typical. once have ongoing business, don't care for the small-fry walk-in customer. Now possibly it will break his business. Don't know about the stuff he's selling, and admitting to it even. How to have the customer's confidence?
3) Registering many companies to evade registering GST, or maybe issuing normal invoice for GST-registered company. Jabatan Kastam, hope you're listening in....
