from what i gather.... i think there is only one company with papers (registered company)

i guess the only reason one has to advertise using multiple companies (possibly unregistered) are:
1)many company names, greater reach
2)tax evasion (i dont know.... when one puts it into these words, sounds macam hardcore criminal)
3)easier to abandon the company name lepas main tipu sikit sikit (i dont think so hardcore penipulah)

Yes you need to state what business you're in.
But usually people give very general descriptions, eg 'selling rims, tires, lights, led and any other car related accessories'.


I'm not accusing him of anything, yet. But....... it's a possibility.

Ehem.. He sendiri admit to issuing "no GST" invoice...

U all do know if all the affected ppl kumpul the invoices and cases to go report him be it tribunal, consumer or lhdn he is in super big shit.

The fact that he didn't shove the product at your face and urge you to buy, hardly a bait tho.

Nevertheless, shop owner did make gesture and preparation to cause harm and indeed causes physical harm to customer, that in my opinion can consider assault

When go there different price pulak.
