About 25h usage of ZF3 ultra, the SOT i have is only 6h13m, I do not game.

High usage on Android System & Android OS.
Any Idea what is the cause?

wondering whether there is any demo unit available in Mid Valley.

so far I only saw zenfone 3 5.2" demo.
at a shop located at garden 2nd floor (beside Rock Corner & fong lye restaurant)
they have Sony, Xiaomi, Asus, Huawei Honor demo phone there

Axon 7 software isn't as polished as ZF3ultra
You can view youtuber comments about Axon 7 , some even say is poor and a letdown. We hope subsequent firmware updates will help
The ZF3U is silky smooth and apps opening speeds is faster while the Axon 7 show micro lag ocassionally
But I don't think is a big critical issue . One won't be aware if there is no comparison. Even my other SD652 phones eg MiMax n A9pro feels smoother vs Axon7

Owner of asus zenfone 3 ultra, I have some question and correction.

1. Ultra have 2 nano sim slot only.
2. How to double tap to awake?
3. Lock screen without pressing the power button?(Without installing any apps if possible)

Settings/zen motion/ ...tap on touch gestures to set

anyone using Asus Zenfone 3 MAx? how is the phone?
why some places, www.asus.com/my/, I saw it says it is using Mediatek MT6737M chipset, some, like lazada Asus Official Store, says it is using "It has a 5.2-inch HD 720p IPS screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage" ??

it is snapdragon or mediatek?

it should be Mediatek. lazada information sometime could be wrong.
the descriptions has "At just PHP8,995, the ZenFone 3 Max..." which is from old source I believe

SD615 is used in the Zenfone max 2016 refresh (not zfm 3, but part of the original zfm series). currently all available info point to zfm3 having MTK soc.

From this we know that Asus is not honest for not telling anyone the CPU inside. They are very ashamed of the CPU.

Well, I wouldn't go so far as to say they are "not honest" - since they did say the ZF3M uses the MTK soc in their website.

I was on Asus online chat just now because I have a problem with my Zenfone 3 5.2in. The problem was that the camera app will start by itself, it started 4 times while I was with Asus online chat. Since i brought the Zenfone 3 the camera app has started by itself many times. I wonder if i did press the camera app shortcut key without realising it, so I asked Asus chat if there is a camera app shortcut key.

He did some checking and told me to walk in to the nearest service centre to downgrade my Zenfone 3 OS (Marshmallow 6.0). He said that this is because a lot of users have reported bugs affecting their phone. My Zenfone 3 is android 6.0.1 and I am very sure that the OS that came with the phone is 6.0.

I asked him which version the downgrade will be, he told me to check with the technician at the service centre.

So have any of you Asus Zenfone 3 owners came across such advise, to downgrade the OS that came with the phone to a lower version? So is Asus releasing their Zenfone 3 with a buggy OS?

Zenfone 3 ultra here and didnt experience the camera issue

then tats mean the info at Asus Official Store lazada is wrong

Checking in with my new zenfone 3 5.2".

Compared to my old zenfone 5 its very well build. Feels so solid and premium.

Too new to say much more

Hi guy, got somebody use before Asus Zenfone 3 (ZE552KL) model?
Can share the battery usage detail and also other conditions (such as special features and performances)?

Planning to get for this model, but not sure good or not.
