Why benchmark against Bangsar or Mid Valley? Is towards the south part of KL.
I'm sure those staying at Wangsa Maju will be maybe because of working around PWTC or Duta or Titiwangsa area or any part northern of KL or even KLCC.

not bad actually walking distance to jusco just makan those stall or food court need walk quite some distnce across lrt there.

and durng ramadhan time would be nice very convenient.

Is a trend nowadays already new launch size less than 1000 sqft and from 3 bedders cut down into 2 bedders.
Developer getting smart. Make the price look like still affordable to own a house. Kudos.

Jusco??? that's quite big distance...

Edit: Now I recalled, I messed up this project with one by Sunway near Section 19....

such a low density condo.... 1 mth can habis liao.... considering the location also not bad... convenient to everywhere... opposite is aeon... behind is the foods and entertainment shoplots... haha

350m walking distance to LRT wangsa maju. ??

I just walked from LRT to the site, it took me around 16min, 1.3km
