don't you think Hamilton at 550 psf is much better? well if still got available units there. yeah although is not the same location but still sharing the same wangsa maju / setapak address. |

Hamilton is Aset Kayamas's Project with RumahWIP attached to it. No track record for asset kayamas and qualitydont know yet although they hv a lot of projects on hand. On the other hand Sinaran is Binastra's project with proven track record eg. award winning Cyber Square. That area is dangerous when u walk in dark. Many robbery cases around that area, few cases's victims died near the that area when walk to LRT. My friends walk in group also kena robbed by a rempit gang after dinner at desa setapak.
