still walkable i think, about same distance if compared to Metroview to LRT Wangsa Maju (but more dangerous since it is darker and quieter)... but true, price a bit high maybe cos smaller size?? usually smaller size psf higher than those higher sf...

That area is dangerous when u walk in dark. Many robbery cases around that area, few cases's victims died near the that area when walk to LRT. My friends walk in group also kena robbed by a rempit gang after dinner at desa setapak.

Everywhere is not save nowadays. Need to take care when Walk alone after 8pm
