Alpha (such old and bs condo) and m.view (quite old and bs lift) can fetch good rental because of 2 things ONLY:

1) TAR, tards studies and stay for years. After grad, stayed for few more years and move out before they finally settle down at other place due to job/marriage.

2) There aren't that ridiculous amount of high rise YET, but now this game changed entirely due to many many many highrise going to be vp by quite the same date. This means supply will suddenly increased without testing water, price war is inevitable even though this is the self digging graveyard act...

Extras:

3) The mosque, ask m.view high floor tenants. How's their sleep during solat time at early morning.. I'm not racing, but this would easily wake them up by shocking. It's very very loud even though the distance there.

4) current wangsa maju owners want to exit (couldn't exit comfortably unless they agreed to certain level of profits/actual lost) from this area or the entire high rise game already, now people baru bbbuuu to enter?

gg smell=already can smell coffin in this high rise game, this isn't game theory because only one party will get bleed, those are naive aggressive buyers who never do their homework much or good.

Okay thanks. 800 sqft 3R2B with a good layout should hit the sweet spot. BBB mode on.

Residensi Rampai located further down selling 850 sqft for 300k and is a RUMAHWIP. not everyone qualify to buy. and heard that their developer units still available. price at 600k above (big size of course).

800sf x 600 = 480k

Sell like hot cake, and road alongside to bulatan pahang jam like h3ll.

I guess the rental for m.view and alpha gonna at least dropped 20%. Price war in w.maju might ended up rental for 3r2b=1.5k max.

if you walk down a little bit from wangsa walk to naluri hospital..u will notice it..
