New township for sure got investors come in to buy. Even in ES also got a few investors i'm sure. Just number of them is lower compared to TA and BR.

Totally agree with you. Landed properties in general have low rental yield. Coupled with the fact that rimbayu high selling prices, profit from flipping won't be much.

This... But still periwinkle and Perennia got lot rent/sale and the price also around that figure.
Maybe IJM impose something to the investor before they can actually put a sign...

Hi all rimbayu residents.. Just want to know if the road from kota kemuning to saujana putra via rimbayu is still open to public? Last time (few months ago) i'm able to go thru there but then the guards no longer allow non-residence to pass thru to SP vice versa. Have to use jalan kg lombong (which is in very3 bad condition) and dirty when it rains.

Yes it is. But not at night/evening it will be closed then (RImbayu to BSP part). Last I try day time ok.
