QUOTE(8sg9ft @ Nov 7 2016, 08:28 PM) Even for me 20' is a little too narrow for my liking edi but not enough budget so go with it. 22' width would have been ideal. 18' is just way narrow. Dunno whether can park 2 cars side-by-side in the porch or not. But nowadays trend house 22' or 24' even always park outside on the road. Porch always empty

Scarlet owners probably prefer to remain low profile. Lol. And the probability of finding a Scarlet owner in LYN also much lower since there's only 110 units

Yup.. Scarlet owners mostly are for own stay.. Who in the right mind will rent out a house which cost RMm700k to 900k?

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Nov 12 2016, 09:20 AM) How to define low density? Just bcos they 'only' launched hundred over units of similar desigmed homes?? Yup. Your definition is correct. Same goes for condominiums. Parklane OUG for example, total of 4,225 units of service apartments is considered high density. This post has been edited by Thrust: Nov 12 2016, 09:50 AM

I would define low/high density based on units per ha. Not solely based on unit qty. If the 110 units is built on 1 ha land while the 500 units is built on 500ha land.... the 500 units development is lower density.
