if you talk about quality, yes abvoe is correct
what i mean was IJM had put in a lot of effort and money on the entire area. They are the one which prepare the main road, round about, water retention pond, sewage ponds, TNB incoming etc.

we are not just comparing whose walkway is better

Once brought back up- full with traffic/congestion discussion again. Am sure there are many other good discussion la.

Chinese school - a little too small though. at least it is a start and can expand. very soon it will be full. then wait for 2-3 years for new block
Tenby- not so much for ex-pat. it is typically cater for Malaysia which want alternative to govermend school ( careful not to get into debate which is better and which not)

next is probably to have more banks

That is exactly our point.

There is guard to control - construction material to IJM/TA/ES is good to go
and they stop the trucks for other township, say from Puchong/Jalan Kebun going to other township.

Some one is calling to barrier/guard post be removed as it don't serve much use.

1- this is common issue at all places, not only Rimbayu
2- parents registered at GH or other wise- it is up to your appointed guard to enforce
3- many people put their kids to day care, be it legal or illegal. Coz they have to work and make a living.
4- not right for them to make guardhouse illegal, but also not right for them to deny entry unless it is strata title.

anyway- understand your frustration that some irresponsible parents park their car and block your gate. yes, they are wrong and in-considerate.

Overall, Rimbayu is perfect for those who WFH or working nearby KK or BSP. Subang, Damansara or KL, forget it unless as a spare home.

Well- some say this been highlighted too much. All doom and gloom and repeating the same issue here wont help much.
Developer and local authority wont log in and check the issue here. Am sure they aware but posting in LYN wont push them to take any action.


and shouldn't we share and spread more about the benefits and good vibes around this township?
more positive energy is always better ba. Especially if we are regularly stressed by other negative element eg rising interest, cost of living etc
