Ya, this is the part I don't get it. The main con for WCE is IJM as well, why they can't build a direct access to wce from the township

still the location is considered remote for many.... lucky got big developers...else this place just a forgotten location

Rimbayu blossom square is very happening during night time especially weekend due to many bars.

- Football at The Arc seems to be a constant thing every weekend.

The purpose of the bar is to prevent heavy vehicle from entering the township, so far it has been very peaceful once they removed, all the lorries will route through Rimbayu to go SKVE(Port Klang).
Imagine all the lorries queueing for the traffic light. It's for the township's own good.

Ya man, I really don't understand them, already so jam still want lorry to masuk the township, unless they are lorry owners/drivers.

The new launch should be Individual not strata, built up is big that is why 900k+

Easy, back 5 feet front porch 10 feet, 22x55x2 floors =2400sf

This land size don’t expect a garden, at most a small strip of 2 feet land for your small bush planting

If lorry cannot bring construction materials, how do they enter this construction area?? 

At least IJM is controlling access in/out to avoid OTHER heavy vehicle from entering this township, except for their own usage

To those who just bought properties in Rimbayu. Ensure u kick unlicensed or illegal daycare or kindergarten off the gated communities. They cause nothing but nuisance with extra cars blocking the roads and entrances.

The Majlis either don't care or just saman RM 300 only. Right now, I'm having the same problem of stupid parents parking their cars and blocking my gate entrance making it difficult to go in and out.

The parents don't care and are not even bothered to register at the guardhouse and some even complained to the Majlis to make the guardhouse illegal. The guardhouse is part and parcel as per S&P.

I guess the reason dump their kids at these illegal daycares is because they too not bothered to take care of their kids.

If so, please don't fucking breed!

Today I woke up at 6AM to pick-up the parents from KLIA. No jam, smooth and only 25 mins to reach.

On the way back already 7AM and the jam starts after the Putrajaya exit on the NKVE. Jam for at least 30 mins until BSP exit and another 15 mins after the BSP exit.

Then I waited till 9AM and left Rimbayu via the old Persiaran Anggerik Mokara till KESAS. Jam about 15 mins but moving. Only after reaching KESAS, stuck there for 20 mins. Upon reaching the Seafield exit to NKVE, jam another 15 mins.

All in, took me 1.5 hours to reach Jln Duta for a site inspection.

Pointless to get up at 7AM to leave because the jam starts at 7AM onwards on the NKVE.

Overall, Rimbayu is perfect for those who WFH or working nearby KK or BSP. Subang, Damansara or KL, forget it unless as a spare home.

The only way to eradicate the traffic mess is to built direct exit to skve which for me eco world, ijm and gamuda should pony the cost and not just burden the BSP areas further

Personally, I'm new to Bandar Rimbayu and never try the Jln Kebun road before. Anyone try it before?

I bought at BSP when access road to Rimbayu was not open. Life was so good, no traffic at all. At that time, can only access Rimbayu from KK or use kampung road from BSP (only used it 2 times, it was very bad). I really really miss those good old days. Driving out for my morning breakfast was so easy. Now I need to spend 20 mins just to drive 500m. I gave up and eat only plain bread for breakfast.

My friend works on the SKL project.
The govt is still committed to building the third Klang - KL highway link aka the SKL project.
As a matter of fact, due to the recent flooding. Some of the groundwork for this project has already begun.
The project will start with digging, deepening, widening, and reinforcing the Klang river banks at various locations between KL and Klang.
Starting with Taman Sri Muda. eventually, they will dig and deepen the Klang river banks around Mid Valley, Kampong Tengah, USJ Hicom etc at various points along a 56km stretch of the Klang River.

Once the river bank deepening and reinforcement of Klang River is completed in approx 5 years...the construction of the 56km SKL is planned to begin after that. This is a long-term multi-year/decade project built mostly on public land/ beside the Klang river banks.

Its good to see this Rimbayu tered continue to highlight worsening traffic congestion coming in and out of this township
