Aircraft noice - if got impact…. How about Putrajaya, Cyber Jaya, Gamufa Cove?

Am sure many area got affected.
The same goes for subang, USJ , Denali Alam as well.

Yes noise is there. But much less if inside the house and will just get used to it.

Are there more landed houses to be sold here?
or they moving to the commercial? per master plan there are some mix development/commercial at land near BSP area.

with current economy landscape- probably hard to take off

not bad.... good incentive.
though personally i preferred a guarantee reward.

Anyway... this is not from the developer.... just that the buyer pays for it.
Say the car is RM 200k X2 =400k.
there are 200 house launch, means the fund come from the house price....each house cost Rm 2k more

between a confirm 2k discount ( out of 1 million house) vs a chance of getting a Tesla.... most will be wowed by the tesla.

But if a realist....
between 100% of getting 2k, vs 1 % ( 2 winner out of 200 buyer) or a 200k car.... which would you go?

Puchong super big leh, and super developed la....

puchong got certain area always busy and rented out
but got some area also dead end, either become car workshop, or some small industry, or remain close most of the time.

this even at busy area around bandar puteri have some of this, while other area further down LDP got many more la.

Perhaps Uptown 2 sales was very encouraging.....
hit the iron when it is hot ba....


so- it might end up like KK. those commercial suffer for many years- only pick up like 10 years ago.
and if you ask me, that area very busy/happening - but does not mean like all the shops good business. perhaps like 30-40% only. many shops still empty, or slow business.

Bought first phase - Gotto ballot, when number came up- macam win lottery feel.

1st sadness is the land settlement issue. Not affecting my row so much- but there are cracks on car porch, and some internal walls.
Then … this traffic saga.

Partly their fault- on the access….
Partly also buyer fault- not doing proper due-D

We are glad at lease not tat many condo being built/VP so far. Else it will get way worse.
