Progressing fast and Uptown Rimbayu side got few shops already opened as well. Hope to see more interesting shops opening soon.

There is a car showroom setup there - Jaecoo opened a car showroom there so now this area has 3 car dealer/showroom, Proton & Mazda in eco sanctuary then plus this.

Sanctuary mall also can be seen almost ready for their reopening with Jaya Grocer after their major renovation

Blackout again at 3 AM!

A year easily 5-6 times. Bloody TNB dunno do what.

Which phase is this? Might be substation issue? I have never experience sudden black out in phase 11, so far only once or twice scheduled shut down in a year during working day

My area is Perennia and the blackouts are frequent. Latest was last night at 3 am and before that was last Thursday at 3 pm. Almost every 3-4 months these days.

Each time the substation next to Scarlet requires maintenance. This substation obviously for Perennia and Periwinkle.

Penduline too then. Until 4.30am-ish.

Cadangan will take decades to materialize.

News stated it will be floating solar farm so I guess will be those lake nearby gua.

Oh the lake near Mahsa U, then I think it may only be built few years later lah, the TNB substation not even start yet.

Need state council to cadang them how to build a township.

Lagi mau spend money on solar, they can’t even provide consistent electricity to residents here.

Just checked on IJM website the master plan seemed updated recently. So the land right behind showroom/ARC area would be Anthea (super link & semi d). While the empty land in front of Blossom Drive will have a new project call Roam but without any details, like will be similar shop offices since that area is always crowded
