Flyover at BSP is causing crazy jam in the morning.

Took me close to 1 hour to exit rimbayu today from usual 40 minutes.

To offset the carbon footprint created by the jam? Joke….

Sounds like no improvement after the flyover open?

Or is it due to ad hoc heavy rain that caused traffic?

Flyover is giving highway to people from SKVE to come over creating crazy jam…..

This morning weather might be the cause but there is an obvious design flaw which non of the parties are acting on it. They should have segregate the toll into 2 different sides with physical barriers with dedicated lanes for TNG, RFID, smart tag each for both sides to avoid crossing traffic coming down from the flyover or trying to get to the left most tng lanes. It should be something like LDP toll in sunway that separate the traffic into different lanes to avoid that crossing traffic that will only cause more jam or potentially end up in accident

The crossing traffic from right side to the very left for the lorries and trucks, and the RFID and St users on the left to the right is the reason.

Not exactly expensive/ high price for my case I can’t afford a landed in PJ/nearer to city thus have to settle at this area so is part of the trade off. These day you can’t really call 800k to 1 million double storey terrace expensive. Have a choice to stay at my condo in PJ but still chose this area over that because of kids

If Rimbayu traffic jam is equal to a Prison , i dont know what will you going to call a traffic jam in Pucheong LDP

It's bad, not trying to say it's not.. but double story landed below 1mil is impossible in PJ/Subang anymore so eventually it'll be this, or maybe further at Serenia, Cove or further into Cyberjaya. Just havta try to look for jobs that allows remote work, or flexible hours as a way to adapt.

There is still Landed Property in PJ/Subang, just that they are older secondary properties. Need to to fork out higher cash for renovations.

At least pucheong ppl already in LDP, whereas ppl in Rimb@yu still gridlocked in BSP or KK cannot even reach the highway. No offence intended.

Ya. Traffic wise this area is the worse totally agree. That’s it. Other than that the developments are exciting, amenities aplenty, life is good for kids and my kids and enjoying it so much.

Getting out from Pucheong through Sunway LDP toll is far worse from getting out from BSP Elite toll during normal peak hour

Enough of traffic discussion, conclusion is just bad. We poor people stuck here for because we can’t afford somewhere better. Let’s get back to this discussion when there’s any update on the traffic improvement plan.

Btw, anyone know what’s project behind the arc/club? Seems like they have cleared the land and building some road connection but no launch mention in their FB or website
