For the first time seeing one of the 4 developers responded to the traffic issue with timeline of the construction and what exactly they will do. But early 2025 probably means completing in 2028? 4 years to go with traffic expected to be even worse

i had my fair share when staying at Sunway Kayangan- when they upgrade the PMD.
it was a long struggle but the end is really worth it.

Finally JKM replied regarding the illegal taska in my area!

They concluded by stating the taska is not even registered with JKW or other gomen agencies. No Bomba certification too.

Doubtful they can even get a Bomba certification due to lack of emergency fire escape. They had one installed some years back but it leads to no where and covered up with a piece of floor mat or carpet to look like an emergency door. Anyone in construction can tell it is not a door!

Now, let's wait how long they gonna be in business. Will be forwarding the letter to every residents in the same taman.

And any idea why the heck BSP flyover is for display only ?

Dont see any workers doing any work anymore , why the hold up?

RA is on my side but the Majlis is on the taska side. They have probably already taken their commission. The owner was scolded for operating without a license from the Majlis but was only given a verbal warning not to repeat it.

So, now already 2 weeks I reported the matter again to JKM for refusing to stop their illegal activities. Will keep spamming until the Majlis get involved.

Need to pick the right date for ministers to come take photo and put into their report card like it's a big success
