anyone know if the 2 column at kitchen area (phase 1-chimes) can be removed?

Why want to remove that ? Just do a partition between kitchen and dining with that.
If want to remove, i'll move that staircase wall, very eat place

honestly inside your own home (landed of course) you can do whatever you like....
just that it voids the warranty nia......and your safety........

but if you get a qualified architecture to plan and monitor the reno process....no harm de....

just don't simply whack.

U can check w developer....

Worse part...u can keep the rc pillar but remove the wall.

Rimbayu show unit not 100% real unit. It will demolish when need a new model house.

Not so nice to have cracks in show unit as it will give a bad impression to prospective buyer,, ijm should rectify it ASAP

from what i was told, show unit are just modular units. whereby all the wall and partitions are removable type. not sure though

just being told that way by the sales personnel

Not much brickwall in the internal parts of the show units actually. Knocked a lot of the walls in the house. Mostly sounded hollow. Lol
