Also ES launching another condo next to parque. There is still demand for condo in CC? Aman 1, Blossom, Parque, Seruang and now Eden. Definitely will be good for commercial and hopefully helps boost the landed value slightly since people even buying condo at this location.

Seruang is quite hot selling due to the price tag, for Parque still got unsold units due to the luxury price tag. Aman 1 just VPed I saw still got many empty units havent move in.

Not sure about Blossom, dont think Rimbayu got any plan to sell High Rise at this moment. They have developed some Rumahwip beside Starling though.

Yeah i hope the developers there pooling their money and upgrade the exits .. increase KK exit lanes and bypassing BSP for Elite

For Gamuda no chances of others to share their exit to Elite and Cyberjaya as the Cove is sandwiched by Kuala Langat forest reserve and Elite

Bypass BSP to ELITE seems like not possible. Developer almost finish development at Bandar Rimbayu + Eco Sanctuary + Tropicana Aman.

Exactly. the only hope is direct access to SKVE (unlikely) and WCE (not sure if that is happening). the most significant improvements they can make would be building flyover on 4 junctions all the way up to KESAS & LKSA interchange and upgrade Jalan Kebun to dual carriageway all the way to Kesas.

If its single developer yes, if its multiple developers, you can forget them ever sitting down and sharing cost.
