I did a quick Waze search Setia Alam - PJ One way RM1.80, two way RM3.60 per day. 20 workday per month - RM72 2 persons - RM144/month Just to put it into perspective, might not be a lot to some, but personally that is why I crossed Alam impian off my list even if it’s freehold.  |

English facade and better occupation rate. free rain harvesting system and solar panel for water heater. nice environment also.
