If u take KK as an example then yes, it will even cause congestion all the way to the main road if no proper traffic planning... took years for KK to change the flow..

Paid a visit to Rimbayu Sales office yesterday, Robin show house still under construction. Currently they setup a floor view, where you walk on a board which shows the prototype of the house.
The 28x65 will be about 70+ units only but they have received 300++ interested enquiries on it so far. They will launch 2 phases first and maybe next year other phases.

As of now no, the floor board is open, guess the show unit might be ready next month, as I could see from far structure is completed with paint job done as well.
