Sometimes also in dilemma for township buyers, whether it is good to have less traffic (no shops, no amenities, no banks and etc), or to stuck in traffic jam (prosperous commercial areas for township, with amenities and banks).....

Guess it should be give and takes.....

Personally I think ECRL wont really bring some realistically good impact to Rimbayu.......but I think in future if they materialize the proposed LRT connection via Rimbayu then I think it could be bring some positive impact to overall Rimbayu area, but dont think will be so soon........

Swan using clay bricks? then is good for swan buyers.....personally preferred clay bricks....but nowadays most developer prefer using cement brick due to cost concern.....

Last time I heard from EW project team is cement bricks right? Or maybe I think the structure is using clay while others part will be using cement bricks....same case with Eco Grandeur.....
