for Maxis/Celcom, if TM only allocated let say 10 port each for that area, then they will have a maximum 10 customers each. the rest will go to TM. if TM does not want to sell those ports to you, then customer will have no choice but to stick with TM.

i have paid for the deposit last weekend and the sales person told me the deposit is refundable,as long as the S&P is not sign yet.

Any deposits before launching I don't think it's *legal* la. Since there's really no such thing as booking fee in Malaysia (correct me if I am wrong). So If can't refund then it's abit sus

For starling, they sold us a voucher. I forgot how much was the voucher but the voucher fetch a higher value when you book a unit and they say if you didn't book a unit, you can get a refund.

We bought it when phase 3 is still available, I guess that's why we got into the early queue.

Deposit is not allowed actually I think, that's why they sold voucher. They need a proof of genuine interest. Also for marketing purpose, they took le "deposit" when they launch they can publish news, sold out on the first day of launch!

im still waiting for my receipt. I paid on 26th through online transfer to exprorasi cemerlang sdn bhd acc.Sales agent told me fund transfer already verified, just that the admin is preparing the receipt and need to wait abit coz got 300+ paid already.

correct is voucher as "deposit".i bought voucher for RM3000 but when VP they claim will return RM3300 back.

For phase 1 the voucher was valued at 3000 and sold to us at 2688.

i wish to pay booking fees just wonder how is the traffic to Puchong and old klang road our working area .

Just go google map, and put depart at from bandar rimbayu to OKR or Puchong. Set depart time 8am and put date as a normal working day (before covid19 happens)
