Bandar Rimbayu with all amenities except bank you still need to go Kota Kemuning, with Chinese Primary School, International school, shopping mall, club house with swimming pool, kindergarten/pre-school, i would said it is one of the best newly developing area.
Puchong also launching some freehold landed with about 8xxk , but located far away from Puchong town, and very close to light industrial area which is quite messy.
anyway Bandar Rimbayu have the big issue with traffic jam during peak hours, it is one of the reason i still considering to get Rimbayu area or Puchong, i think both of this two area having the same traffic jam issue, but puchong is more matured, after Selangor gov upgrade the access to Rimbayu elite toll, i think it is getting better for short period, after more and more people move in Rimbayu area, it will become nightmare again to everyone. The access to Kota Kemuning also need selangor gov to do something, since it is a boarder between Shah Alam and Kuala Langat, i don't think both local council will upgrade this access.
But i really like the environment in Canal city, especially Tropicana, Gamuda 257 and ES
